Ace Physiotherapist Dr. Aijaz Ashai was recently invited to conduct a special session for the Indian Railway’s Kabbadi Girls program. The session was a sports specific training program developed by Dr. Aijaz Ashai and his team of experts in collaboration with Apollo Spectra Sports Physiotherapy department.

The Indian Railway Women’s Kabbadi team has won several championships and has turned out victorious in multiple national level competitions. This special training indeed was a boon for their practice sessions and it also gave insights for their overall physical fitness care.
