Book Review:
The award-winning author has once again come up with an excellent thriller titled ‘Don’t Tell the Governor.’ It touches an edgy topic but that is the fun of it! It is a financial thriller set against the backdrop of demonetization. The author has referred to real incidents and people while not fully confirming the same. I had to Google a few things and situations to fully understand the scenario which was so interesting! Honestly, I learned so many new things and financial terms thanks to the plot of this book.
The story moves swiftly and does not drag anywhere which is a good aspect, however; it failed to fully engrave my attention but held it in parts. I loved the story dearly and the transitions were flawless! I learned how to transcend from one scene to another beautifully from Ravi Sir through this book. The author hails from a banking and finance background so he has not only handled the story smartly but has discussed politics, media, economics and even the glamour industry effectively. I do not intend to discuss the story and give the spoilers but just want to share how I liked the book via this review. 🙂
My verdict: “The book is a complete dose of entertainment for those who love thrillers”
