I have been talking to a lot of youngsters these days as a part of my survey and, have found out that, the youth of today is actually very stressed, badly stuck up in the rat race. It kind of directed me to write this post. This article highlights ways and the importance of just being happy and being at ease with ourselves.
What is a typical happy day? When things are all going great, everything just falls into place and stuff happen effortlessly! But how often does this happen to you? Let us see the difference between a happy day and a sad day in a normal person’s life.
Let’s start with a typical sad day 🙁
- We just drag through our day
- Feel worthless
- Feeling bad extends to looking dull and pale
- No work is done
- Bad thoughts attract negative situations and circumstances
Aren’t these things very unhealthy? Not only for our body, but also for our mind!
Now, let us see what a typical HAPPY DAY is! 🙂
- Things happen effortlessly
- Creativity dawns
- We are a lot more productive
- Feel good and look good
- We want to share our joy and help someone in need
- Good thoughts attract positive situations and circumstances
So which days do you prefer to have in your life more often? Well, this is no rocket science!
If something bad happens, please quickly change your mood. Pamper yourself with positivity rather than brooding about it the entire time. Uplift your mood, do something that makes you feel good. If you do not know what to do please checkout 10 easy things to uplift your mood!
Let us not have situations, circumstances, people control our mood. Let us not give the remote control of our life to anyone else!! Life is too short to hold on to grudges, forgive and forget for your own good.
It is important that we are in the driver’s seat in our journey, called life! This lesson has helped me to be at peace. People will be there to pull us down, but our determination and will power to reach the top will definitely help us to our achieve goals.
And, only claiming to have a brilliant life on Instagram and Facebook isn’t enough. But, in reality we should be in tune with ourselves.
So if you had a bad day, no worries! Because we all have them! The purpose of this post was just my way of putting a smile on your face. Hope it serves the purpose! This is also a reminder for me to be happy, stay positive and spread smiles! 🙂
