My Year-End Review | Best days of 2019!! | Meghana Pawar
Every year I do this year-end review wherein I rewind my life i.e. look back and see what all I went through. It includes all the ups and downs, highs and lows, achievements and lessons! This activity is so crucial as gives me an overall view of the entire year and I can learn from my mistakes, appreciate and applaud myself, look upon where I can improve and so on. It helps me plan my upcoming year better. It is indeed something that everyone must carry out in order to know your growth bar!
The year has truly been a rollercoaster for me and has literally turned my life completely! And as we all know, what we focus the most on GROWS! So, like every year, here I share my 10 best achievements from 2019! These are not in order of importance, just putting them up as I remember them one by one. So, without any further delay, let’s jump right in!
Completed my Yoga Teacher’s Training and became a Certified Yoga Trainer
This one and a half year course transformed me and my personality so much! I have never done anything as difficult as this training in my entire life! It was hard, way out of my comfort zone and challenged me mentally and physically! But guess what! I not just passed, I aced it completely and oh boy I am so damn proud of myself!
- Met Padmashree Nimbalkar Guruji who is the founder of Yog Vidya Niketan and presented him my book Ria’s Diary.
- Learned Shuddhi Kriyas
- Visited a beautiful Ashram in Lonavala wherein I recited a poem on mental health as a part of the cultural activity
- News Paper Feature – Yoga Asana
- Nailed challenging asanas like Matsyasana and Shirshasana among others
Organised and taught my first ever Yoga Course as a Teacher for 1 full month!

First Video Interview:
Gave my first video interview that has been proven to be really helpful citing the tips and tricks that are shared in it. I do not feel very comfortable before the camera and this was a big deal. I have been interviewed before for several blogs and websites, however, a video interview was a new territory altogether. It was way out of my comfort zone as it was live! But I am glad I said yes to it and it gave me a lot of confidence to further say yes to a few more audio and video interviews which went on great!

My Surreal Wedding!
Okay, this will need a new blog altogether because I have so much to share 😛 I honestly have a newfound respect for all the event organisers because now I understand what it takes to pull off a full-fledged event! But again! I was in charge of the entire thing from little arrangements to big decisions from deciding the venue to arranging the cash! Oh, man! It was a hell lot of fun! I even had a super-hit Sangeet and it went on to be one of the most memorable nights of my life.
Since this is such a big event in my life, I decided to document it. I want to save it all and also help everyone who reads in the process. So, announcing my wedding blog series soon! Excited much?
