Reinvent your wardrobe this winter without investing much!

The pre-winter and winter season is something that tickles nerves, chills mood and adds bliss. For you do not have to worry about the tormenting temperatures.  This is that perfect time of the year when you love to wear your sleeveless tops with a semi-woollen shrug. Or something that lets you enjoy beautiful breeze and waning mercury, while you are still not heavily loaded with woollens. And, now you can reinvent your wardrobe in easy ways without making a big hole in your pocket! Checkout the simple tricks here:

Dyeing:

The never-failing trick of adding life to your lifeless clothes is dyeing them. For jeans pick dark hues like black, navy blue or indigo, and you are ready with a new pair. A dyed pair of jeans could go for another innings, because denims wear out slowly. If it is a shirt then, you can also try maroon, peacock green or other colours, else black and blue are ever-green colours. An advantage with dark colours, especially blue and black is, they make you look slimmer. 🙂 So, this would be easy and dark shades gel with all colours and tee- types and shirts.

Tie-ing and dyeing:

The ‘tie-and-dye’ way, is something that gives you really beautiful patterns. This could be done at home also, if you are familiar with it. But, if you are not, then you can always get it done, for it’s not something that will leave your pockets burnt. It is wallet-friendly, truly. You can tie-dye your denim shirts, denim jeans, or any piece of cloth you would want to remodel.

Woollen threads and needle: Now this is something worth trying. You can take a woollen thread (that could be taken easily from the wool ball that you have in house) and a needle (special for woollen thread). With this, you can draw some simple patterns like cartoon contours, writing your name in calligraphic style or simply drawing a flower. 🙂 This will be cute and very stylish at the same time.

Engraving patterns:

Well, quotations are one amongst the coolest things that could be done to your outfits. Not only tees find a good place here, but this can be done to a variety of your dresses. You can also use fabric colours to write quotations and make patterns. Random and abstract patterns look appealing at times.

Use stickers: Now you will find stickers that can be easily stitched to your shirt and others would stick, like a sticker should but with strong adhesion.

Few more tips to reinvent your wardrobe:

• Adding buttons can really do that magic to your piece. Put beautiful buttons on the neck, sleeves or even in middle, that makes a pattern to get new look.
• Also buy new neutral colour belts that would blend with many outfits like jeans, your jumpsuits or even with your business suit.
• Add a cotton scarf to closet, that you can wear with your semi-woollen tops, full sleeves tees or even shirts.
